Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved the central location of this hotel, just a stone's throw away from the train station and minutes from the beautiful lake. The rooms were efficiently designed, making great use of the space available, though a tad on the small side. The service, while lacking personal touch at times, was efficient. The dining experience was decent, but a wider selection would have been appreciated. The facility had a lovely pool and sauna area to unwind.
The hotel offers a nice and quiet haven, conveniently close to main attractions, with new but small rooms. The friendly service is a highlight, but the location near the red light district may not suit everyone. Dining options are mixed, with some excellent and some limited choices.
The hotel rooms were small but well-fitted with convenient USB charging ports next to the bed. However, the limited space around the bed and the glass door were a downside. The service was exceptional with helpful staff offering assistance, and the location was ideal for exploring Geneva. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I had to wait for an hour to check-in, which was a bit frustrating, but once settled, the room exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, with large comfortable beds and excellent facilities. The cleanliness was acceptable, although some design flaws like poorly situated towel racks were noticeable. The service was commendable, with attentive and helpful staff, but there were some communication issues noted. The dining experience had room for improvement, offering limited options, even though it was better than expected. Overall, the value for the price paid was decent.
